The ingredients inside for a sushi roll is egg omelet, Shiitake mushroom, crab stick, and cucumber. Shiitake mushroom is cooked with soy sauce, sugar, and Mirin beforehand. All ingredients are ready to use to make a sushi roll.
・Chikuzen-ni
(Japanese Vegetable Stew)
It is a dish with chicken and several root vegetables which is cooked with flavorful Japanese soup stock, soy sauce, sugar and rice cooking wine, Mirin. It is often served on New Year's Day.
・Spinach with Sesame Dressing
It is a vegetable side dish with ground sesame seeds. It is a Japanese style spinach salad which is really healthy vegetarian menu.
・Japanese Soup Stock(Dashi)
Dashi forms the base of Miso soup, Noodle soup, or simmering liquid for many kinds of dishes. We use dried Kombu kelp and bonito to make traditional Japanese soup stock that contains a lot of Umami(pleasant savory taste).
・Miso Soup
Miso-soup is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of fermented soy bean paste "Miso" and a soup stock called "Dashi".
