We have.a Hand-rolled Sushi Party.
Tuna, hamachi, horse mackerei, conger eel, shrimp, squid, kamaki rolls, etc. are used as ingredients.
On top o the laver, put the ingredients and roll.
Side dish with miso soup and shinko.

  • Miso Soup

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Cooking Class Information

In this class, we make Hand-rolled Sushi together. The side dishes are miso soup and shinko.
First, make the shari. Cook rice and mix vinegar and sugar to make a shari.
Arrange laver and raw fish ingredients in a Hand-rolled Sushi Party's bowl.
Next, make miso soup. Put the water in a pot, add the tofu diced and bring to a boil. When it boils, lower the heat, and Yamaki-dashi stock, and seaweed, melt the miso, and complete it miso soup. Serve miso soup in bowl.
Next, cut the takuan and divide it into small dishes.
Place a bowl for Hand-rolled Sushi Party and shari in a middle of the table, place the laver, shari, and ingredients on each other and wind.
Eat Hand-rolled Sushi, miso soup and shinko.
If possible, drink beer or wine or sake.
If you cannot drink alcohol, drink oolong tea or Japanese tea.
We have a projector, so we eat while watching DVD.
After eating, wash the dishes, wipe them with fukin, clean the room and finish.
