It's one of the most poplar dishes among everyone in the world.

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

Welcome to my kitchen in Tokyo. I’m very excited to cook with you online.

I'll share my recipe for the easiest way to make GYOZA from scratch. It's really easy and fun ! Knead the dough by your hands, wrap the fillings on your hand. Great for single, couple, kids with mom or dad.

After your booking, you will receive an email with the URL for Zoom meeting room and the list of the ingredients and equipment needed for the class.
You don't need any special ingredients. My recipe is simple.

First, we make gyoza wrappers. The ingredients are just flour and hot water. We knead the dough by hands, divide it into balls with hands and flatten it.

Next, we make gyoza fillings. Easy and simple but tasty. Then wrap it with the wrappers you made. I'll show you how to wrap step-by-step. I'll share the easiest way to wrap.

Finally, we fry and steam gyoza on the pan. Surely you will succeed without fail.

After the class, I'll send you the recipe to recreate again and again.

◾️What you prepare

Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 cup flour
- hot water
- 100g minced pork
- 50g cabbage
- a clove of garlic
- thumb size of ginger
- sesame oil(or vegetable oil)
-salt & white pepper
- soy sauce and vinegar(for dip when eat)

Equipment
- knife & cutting board
- bowl (2 bowls better if you have)
- rolling pin (or something stick)
- board to knead dough
- pan
- lid for pan
- turner
- spoon
- plate for presentation
