I'm Chihiro, a dancer and a pilates trainer. I traveled more than 20 countries and enjoyed cooking with locals. I'm cooking everyday for my family, usually Japanese foods. I like using new kitchen appliances but also love traditional ways. I'm originally from Kochi, south west side of Japan. There are lots of unique local foods, even Japanese people don't know much!
