We had such a great class with Yoriko and would highly recommend! Her garden and the community farmhouse kitchen were fabulous. We learnt so much. The lunch we made was delicious and loaded with vegetables (something we’ve been a little lean on in Japan!) - Can’t wait to try the techniques out at home. Would love to do again in a different season to see what else grows in the Garden. Thanks Yoriko! Carly & Christophe

Our cooking lesson with Yoriko was one of our favourite parts of our holiday to Japan! She was absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Yoriko taught us about cooking tempura, sesame chicken, miso and crab salad. The food was delicious!! We enjoyed picking fresh vegetables from Yoriko’s garden and we got to try a few new foods we haven’t had before. The house we cooked in was also really cool and traditional. We highly recommend cooking tempura with Yoriko! If we ever come back to Japan, we’ll definitely visit Yoriko again! ^_^
