Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
In this cooking class, we can make DECO sushi roll together!
Deco sushi roll is a kind of Makisushi(sushi roll). makisushi is popularly enjoyed as a home style dished of japan.
And DECO sushi roll, you can roll it and when cutting it, you can find a beautiful(or cute) pattern on the surface.

You can choose patterns what you like.
when you are a beginner, shikaimaki, panda, flower are recommendable.
(shikaimaki traditional japanese pattern)
Also I can offer you a seasonable patterns
e.g.) Jack-o'-Lantern, Santa Claus
Sometimes we use egg, fish and cheese.
So when you have an allergy to them or any food restrictions, tell me about it.
I will prepare miso soup beforehand.
If you want to make it by yourself, tell me before the day of lesson.
It take 30 minutes extra but you will have a good experience with no optional fee.
I will give you a detailed recipe(self-made) in English. It's full of illustrations.
So you can make a DECO sushi roll again after going back home.
