In my class you can learn how to making Yakitori from scratch and miso soup and japanese style sweets.
Yakitori means grilled chicken it's commonly made with bite-sized pieces of chicken meat, chicken offal, or other meats and vegetables skewered on a bamboo stick and grilled.
The dessert is Japanese sweets call Anmitsu. The ingredients are jelly, fruit, anko (beans paste).
