In my class, you will experience sushi and tempura, two representative Japanese dishes, arranged into simple dishes that you can make at home.
1:At Chirashi-suushi, students will try their hand at making sushi vinegar, sushi rice, ingredients, and decorations.
2:For kakiage-tempura, have students try their hand at cutting vegetables, allocating tempura flour, and frying methods.
Once it's finished, let's toast with the sake we provide!
