I’ll teach you how to make super easy yet savory and thick vegetarian ramen broth step by step. (It can be switched to strictly vegan if you wish for.:-) ) and delicious topping!     Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

Cooking Class Information

First, you study the best way to make vegetarian/vegan fried chicken.(You could choose vegetarian or vegan) Then, you’ll learn how to make amazing Japanese style thick and savory ramen broth, learn how to make the perfect crispy stir fry vegetables for the topping, boiling the perfect noodles then put everything together and done!
We will enjoy home made bubble tea after meal!

I’m going to come to pick you up by my car and will head to my cozy Japanese style apt. It’s small but clean and nice!:-) This is the pic of my small kitchen. Haha

2. Process

We’re having some green or oolong tea your choice and I’m going to explain about ingredients and we’re starting to cook.

3. Let’s eat!

We’re going to eat this beautiful noodle together and have bobba tea for dessert!!!

4. I’m giving you a lift to the station

I’ll drive you back to the station. Hope you enjoy your experience!

Hi all. I’m Mahiru. I’m a professional caterer who grew up in Japanese authentic sushi kaiseki chef family. I mainly teach Japanese authentic style home cooking for outsiders. Used to serve multiple vegan plates at vegan cafe for a year and I usually attend to events and cater my original vegetarian quesadillas, vegan falafel on weekends.
