Japanese teriyaki is characteristic in its teriyaki sauce. It is very rich in favor.

Rolled egg omelet is a classic and popular Japanese dish. You will cook with chopstics and a rectangular pan.
It is a nice experience.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we can cook popular Japanese dishes.
・Teriyaki chicken
First, cut the chicken with the butterfly cutting technique, and the thickness of the chicken even.
Second, coat the chicken with potato starch. If the chicken is coated, we will pat the excess starch off with your hands.
Third, put some oil in the pan, and set to midium heat. Grill the chicken skin side until brow the skin side.
Then, turn it over and grill.
Finally, pour the sauce over the chicken, and thicken the sauce until it has a nice and glazed texture.

・Rolled egg omelet
First, put all the ingredients in a bowl for beat them well.
Second, put on oil on a square pan.
Third, pour a quarter of the mixture into the pan. spread it quickjy and then, roll the egg from the back of the pan towards us.
Then, and oil to the pan, and pour
in another quarter of the mixture,
Make sure to lift the previously rolled omelet to spread the mixture underneath with.
Lastly, repeat the same procedure to create layers in the rolled egg again and again.

・Vegetbles with sesame miso sauce
First of all, add some solt and spinach into boiling water and blanch
them. Next, put them in cold water and squeez out and cut into small sections. Then, add the ingredients of the sauce into a bowl and mix well. Finally, mix the ingredients and the sauce before consuming.
・Miso soup
First of all, put dashi in a pot and bring it to boil.
Next, add the miso. Thicken, warm on low heat. Lastly, add the tofu and wakame. ☆ Do not boil after adding the miso or tofu.
