Harvesting naturally grown Yuzu and making Yuzu tea
Available time from November to January

Cooking Class Information

In this experience, you will first harvest naturally grown citrons. Currently, fruits on the market always use pesticides. Natural cultivation literally does not use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, so even if it is processed into yuzu tea that eats the skin, you can safely eat it. Unlike yum, yuzu tea does not heat, so no yuzu nutrients are lost by heating. Make delicious yuzu tea that can be stored in the refrigerator during the winter. There are a few tricks to preserve without rot until March. Wash the equipment neatly, disinfect with hot water and dry. After washing the yuzu cleanly, wipe off the moisture and dry it. All you have to do is cut, mix and pack. In the experience, you can taste yuzu tea aged in advance. Please make Yuzu tea after laying it in the refrigerator for a week.
