Cooking Class Menu

Brown Rice
I cook brown rice with a pressure cooker, and it is very soft and flavor rich. You can not go back to normal white rice anymore.

Miso soup
I use home made miso that I installed February every year. Miso making is easy. But when you buy from store, it is tricky since most products use preservative. Mine is preservative free.
Use Wakame seaweed and Tofu. Traditional style.

Nimono
Nimono is traditional in Japan. Usually with some poteto, carrot, mushroom, and Con nyaku are stewed in one pot. This main dish may vary by season. But I will stay as vegetarian.

Goma ae
popular side dish, spinach with sesami soy sauce. Two variations.

Hopefully people enjoy Japanese home cooking!
