It was a wonderful experience. I make sushi with Emika's recipe all the time. She is an architect and it was a pleasure talking to her. We also had Japanese tea, and she explained the tradition. It was very interesting and tasty! Arivel is about 10 minutes by train and then she took me in her car and it was an additional two minutes.
