Few people have heard of dishes called "nabe." Nabe is a very local Japanese dish that can be eaten around the family during the cold winter season. If you eat at a restaurant, you will probably find something close to Shabu-shabu. Shabu-shabu is a premium cuisine. If you think that the "pot" is a Shabu-Shabu B-grade gourmet, it will be easy to understand. There are a variety of soups (or sauces) in the pot, but we do not sell vegan soups (usually buying commercial soups). Few people make soup. Nabe is the most favorite dish in the world for me, so we make a trial and error soup. You can taste many vegetables. In addition, it can be reproduced using local vegetables from any country, so I think you can enjoy it anywhere. Another good thing about pots is that they can be eaten together. (Because you poke the same pot with chopsticks, it may hurt if you have a habit)The pot is a really good dish, not to mention the taste, but also to the atmosphere. Let's challenge together!

On essaye ensemble !

Yuka

Hello! My name is Yuka. 31 years old What I cook together is vegan food. I have been cooking since I was 23. I have been vegan since September 2019 and am now working on cooking Vegan dishes. I have never had the opportunity to teach cooking, so I'm a little worried about being able to teach well;) But I think it would be great if I could deepen mutual understanding through cooking and meet in the future. I'm starting to study English in 2020, so I think it's a good opportunity for my own study. I can speak a little French. I started vegan thinking about the future of the earth, but I love nature and most of all I want to protect it. I have as much organic ingredients as possible such as vegetables and seasonings. I like traveling, meeting people, philosophy, running, climbing mountains, anime, reading, listening to music and dancing. I also like animals. There are dogs, tortoises, medakas (like my father), and iris at home. When you come to the house, your dog will bark for a while and it will be noisy. Thank you for your understanding. I'm looking forward to meeting you. See you!
