It is shaped like dumplings using chicken minchi and chicken cartilage, seasoned with soy sauce and sugar. It is easy to eat and enjoyable feeling of touch together.
In Japan, we often eat tsukune as an Appetizers in a pub. The tsukune of our house is bigger compared with the one of the pub, super size. Of course, it is goes very well with rice. It is a classic Japanese side dish that is pleasing also for people of a wide age! (It is also possible to convert chicken minced meat to pig minced meat according to your preference so please consult in advance!)

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
