Inari Zushi (Oinari-san)
with Miso soup, and pickled veggies
Inari sushi, which is very familiar in Japan.
Inari sushi is fried tofu made with tofu and soy sauce, and vinegared rice.
We use Tofu, so Vegans can eat safely!!!
Take it with you to a lunch box or cherry blossom viewing, perfect for a party menu. We also make simple pickled veggies, and Miso soup.
Nice to meet you, I'm Sanae.
I live in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture. Numazu is a very nice place. It's a relaxing place where you can see Mt. Fuji up close, the ocean, and the mountains. You can get there in just over an hour by taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo. My home is 2km from Numazu Station. I'll pick you up at the station. Numazu is next to Mishima Station on the Shinkansen.
Lessons are held in small groups. Even one person is OK. Would you like to make it together?
After the lesson, if you wish, we will take you to Numazu fishing port while looking at Mt. Fuji from Senbonhama.
I am looking forward to seeing you!!
