Cuisine@Thai is a cooking class, excellent located in the heart of Sukhumvit within walking distance from BTS Phrom Phong. Cuisine@Thai offers you the building blocks for preparing Thai food from scratch. We ensure you will be capable of cooking several traditional Thai dishes for family and friends. Apart from our Vegan & Vegetarian Thai cooking sessions, Cuisine@Thai also offers Traditional Thai Cooking Classes and Jelly Flower Classes. Cuisine@Thai aims to promote the art of Thai cuisine, whether you are an inexperienced cook, or just want to improve your existing cooking skills. Cuisine@Thai has three main goals: to teach cooking Thai food, to eat great Thai food and to have a lot of fun whilst doing so.

Dear students! My name is Alisa. Since I was young I always had a passion for cooking Thai cuisine and at a later stage I also developed my cooking skills about Western Cuisine. I ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, by following very easy and simple steps, is able to cook delicious Thai food. I offer you the building blocks to learn how to cook Thai food from scratch. My knowledge about the Western kitchen also helps you to choose the right alternative ingredients to make your yummy Thai dishes at your home.
