First we will take a few minutes to introduce ourselves and i ll explain the design of the class.
Once you have a booked, i will send you my list of things you must have to prepare this ancient dish : your spices , vegetable , what needs to be chopped , cut and how etc..
You will receive a clear short dossier with pictures.
It is easy easy and requires very few.
Tajine is easy to do i would say, yet they are a few visual tricks .
The recipe is more visual that written this is the reason why I offer you this online class.
You will see me prepare mine, then I ll be with you all the way, we will all have our Tajine ready together!
I am passionated about cooking, Moroccan cuisine, I will teach the way I cook it, the way I prepare it for friends and people I love.

Moroccan cuisine, you see is about sharing always has been and always will be.
