Choose a menu in 3 options
(Making Strawberry Daifuku is included in all menu)

1. Okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki is savory Japanese Japanese pancake. "Okonomi" means "Whatever you like". So it's made from flour, eggs, broth with many different toppings.

2.Gyoza
Gyoza is a dumpling using thin dough wrapped around delicious, mouth-watering ingredients.

3.Udon
It's served in the soup from Japanese soup broth "dashi"

Strawberry Daifuku(sweet mochi) is a popular and Japanese sweet. Making it is very enjoyable. And it is pretty and yummy!!

  • Gyoza

    Gyoza

Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

  • Udon

    Udon

Udon (うどん) is a type of thick wheat flour noodle. It is similar to Italian pasta, but much thicker. It has been eaten all over Japan as an easy-to-eat popular meal, and a substitute meal for rice dishes. Udon is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as "kake udon", in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, which is made of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. The flavor of broth and topping vary from region to region.

  • Okonomiyaki

    Okonomiyaki

Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.

Cooking Class Information

1.Okonomiyaki
We will make Okonomiyaki with chopped cabbage by using a frying pan. Adding tofu into the butter makes the Okonomiyaki healthy and moist. And you will also get hooked on the superb combination of Japanese Okonomi sauce and mayonnaise.

2.Gyoza
We will make gyoza wrappers from scratch.
And I will teach you how to prepare the filling, how to wrap the dumplings and pan-fry them carefully.
The Gyoza are crunchy and crispy, and the ingredients are fresh and vibrant, so let's make homemade dumplings together!!

3.Udon
Making udon noodles from scratch is a fun and unique experience that requires simple ingredients.
And I will teach you how to make Japanese soup broth "Dashi" from the basic. It's aromatic and rich taste.
