Introduction
"Hi! I’m Michiyo, born and raised in Nagoya — a city famous for its unique and delicious food. I studied food and nutrition in Japan, and travel and tourism in the U.S. After many years working as a tour guide across Japan and around the world, I realized food is the best way to connect people. Since 2008, I’ve been teaching cooking and bread-making to Japanese students. Now, I live in Toyota City with my family and run a cozy cooking class. I love cooking, traveling, and meeting new people from around the world. I look forward to welcoming you to my kitchen for a warm, fun, and tasty experience! 【Combine with Sightseeing】 You can join my class before or after visiting Ghibli park,Toyota Automobile Museum, Seto City(traditional Japanese ceramics) and Asuke(autumn leaves in Korankei and old townscape) The 45-minute train ride from Nagoya Station to Jōsui Station — first underground, then above ground with peaceful views of rivers, rice fields, and local neighborhoods that show everyday Japanese life."
