I have been teaching Japanese cooking classes for 10 years at a culture center in Switzerland, where I lived for many years.
Now that I am back in Tokyo, I would like to offer my cooking classes to foreign visitors.
My motto is to explain the cultural background of Japanese food and to demonstrate recipes in a way that is easy to understand and can be done at home back.
Additionally, it includes a short market food tour.
