"I have been teaching cooking classes for home cooking for 15 years, but recently I have come to want to spread beautiful and healthy Japanese home cooking to people overseas. I will be teaching not only sushi and tempura, but also the home cooking that we usually make when entertaining guests in Japan, especially tofu dishes. I hope that through home cooking, we can deepen our interactions with people from various countries, and that the experience in the cooking class will become a fun memory of our time in Japan."
