- "Hi, I’m Aki. We cook together and enjoy friendly conversation. I’ve always loved traveling, meeting people from different cultures, and exchanging stories. Through cooking, I hope to create a relaxed and welcoming experience—like visiting a local friend’s home. The class takes place in a rental kitchen in central Tokyo, mainly held at near Shinjuku Gyoen . Depending on availability, the location may occasionally change, but it will always be somewhere with easy access, like Shinjuku, Ginza, or other convenient areas in the city. Alternatively, the class can also be held at a private home in Koganei City, a quiet residential area about 25 minutes by train from Shinjuku. If you’re interested in this option, feel free to let us know after booking. Koganei offers a more local experience and is close to the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum, which has ties to Studio Ghibli, and just a few stops from the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka.
