- "Hi, my name is Yuko. I am currently training to become a tea ceremony master and will guide you through the ritual with care. There is a trick to making Matcha tea, so I can tell you how to serve each sip with care. Seasonal Japanese sweets will be served with the tea. If you're interested, you'll also receive a simple Wagashi (Japanese sweets) recipe. With experience as an English guide at Nagoya Castle, cultural insights and historical stories are part of the journey. Perfect for beginners and culture lovers alike.
