The class program
first we make offerings for Hinduism, namely Canang and Ketupat
Second, we start by cooking:
- Balinese seasoning / balinese paste (Base Gede)
- Bumbu Merah / Grilled BBQ sauces
- corn soup
- jukut gedang / Papaya soup
- Betutu Ayam / Roast Chicken
- Fried noodles , Tuna / Chicken with raw sambal ( sambal matah )
- Sate Lilit / chicken minced satay
- Chicken / Shrimp Skewer Satay
- Fried bananas
- Coconut pancakes/ Dadar Gulung
1.BASE GEDE
Base genep or base gede or complete spice is one of the basic Balinese spices which is used as a spice for various Balinese dishes, such as ayam betutu, satay lilit, lawar, and others. Uniquely, this genep base is made without using normal measurements
2.HOMEMADE GRILL BBQ SAUCE
Making homemade barbecue sauce is as simple as blending all the ingredients until smooth. You don't have to cook this barbecue sauce. However, if the uncooked sauce is runnier than you'd like, recipe create suggests bringing it to a boil and cooking for about a minute. This will thicken the sauce and create a more intense flavor

Since tourism in Bali grow verry well and many diffrent cuisine come from around the world then my shelf want to bring up our bali cuisine become known as others and introduce of our bali culture with other people so become more multi cultural.
