Acknowledeging and appreciating those aims, Cyclo Resto is honored to organise for you Chef Vu cooking class plus Cyclo trip and market trip.
On this personalised trip, our cyclo drivers pick you up at your hotel at 9AM to visit around the city. Within half an hour, you can take a closer look at the city’s famous sites, historical and cultural features as well as the unique style of Saigon’s architecture. After this visual feast, you are dropped off at Ben Thanh Market, where you can choose your favorite cooking menu and look for the best ingredients with the help of our English speaking tour guide. Here you can observe and participate in bargaining activities while shopping and try to get the best deal out of local sellers. Next, a 5-minute walk is all it takes you to get to Chef Vu’s cookery class, in which you learn not only culinary skills (knife skills, food decoration, etc.) but also self-cook under our chef`s instructions. What could be better than taking our recipes home and surprising your friends and family at your leisure after this relaxing yet practical trip?

I am An. I come from the North of Vietnam. I believe cooking is the purpose of my life, so I’ve taken it up as a hobby since my childhood.
The first foods I learned to make were the simple country dishes that my mom cooked for me. As I grew up, becoming a professional chef was what I took with me to college, hoping that one day I would be able to bring my home country’s cuisine to international food lovers.
