Kang Keou Wan Cooking Class in Bangkok
Authentic Thai green curry, Kang keau wan kai. Green curry with chicken, coconut milk, curry paste, green pea eggplant, and sweet basil. Eat with cooked jasmine rice or Thai rice noodles.
You will study how to pound curry paste in rock mortar, Thai style, how to fry curry paste with coconut milk until fragrant. Add chicken and vegetable, season with fish sauce and palm sugar, and the last top with sweet basil leaves and red chilli.
