I will be serving you a tasting menu of 7-10 courses that is inspired by the Vietnamese culture, traditions and nature. Indeed, this menu will be about the raining and humid season in Saigon while featuring ingredients locally sourced across the country. There will be some small snacks for you to get started and then we will move on with our main courses and end with some sweet treats. All items on the menu can be catered for any dietary requirements or dislikes, including dairy free and vegan with advance notifications.

Hello,

My name is Hoang Nguyen and I am a chef.

Growing up, I had a strong connection with food. After moving to Australia by myself when I was 19, I started experimenting more with my cooking. I became obsessed with trying new dishes, and what started out as my hobby is now my career. I have worked in some of the best restaurants in Australia, including Orana - named 2018 Restaurant of the Year and awarded 3 Hats by the Good Food Guide in 2018.

Come & allow me to tell my story that reflects my Vietnamese cuisine from a perspective of vegetables, the ocean and sweet treats!
