What is the cancellation policy for guests?


Guests must email their host and airKitchen customer support as soon as possible if they need to cancel their cooking class. Guests have up to 48 hours before a class to contact airKitchen in order to receive a full refund.

Because hosts need to buy and prepare ingredients, there are no refunds for cancellations during the 48 hour window before the cooking class begins. Guests are also unable to change the date of the class during this 48 hour period. You will still be paid for cooking classes guests cancel less than 48 hours before the class.
