What is the cancellation policy for hosts?

We strongly urge you to not cancel bookings that you have already confirmed. Travelers have planned their trip around your class and are excited to participate in your cooking experience.

If you need to cancel your class due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact and explain the circumstances to your guest and airKitchen at info@airkitchen.jp as soon as possible.

As a host, ¥3,000 will be deducted from the price of your next booking if you cancel a class. Thank you for understanding.
