He has been here for 13 years, now! Chef Ryan opens the doors to his house to provide a real Italian cooking experience. His classes typically last around 3.5 hours, not including the time it takes to sit down and eat all of that delicious food!

Giaccomo’s cooking class is all about having fun and having a pleasant day. The class starts on the terrace, which has a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Here, you will meet the rest of your classmates. After the introduction, you will learn about the sustainable production system and organic farm and vegetable garden where you’ll get most of your ingredients. You will cook a 5-course meal, and each course will be accompanied by carefully chosen local wines.
