After rolling sushi and cutting with a knife, it will be exciting to see if the pattern comes out well! It's a lot of fun!
In this cooking class, make two types of Deco Maki Sushi.
First, we will explain the tools and ingredients that you will see the first time, such as vinegared rice, seaweed, and makisu. ( If possible, we would like you to make it even when you return home.)
Next, wrap the first pattern; grapes.
After that, we cut the sushi and took photos with the sushi.
Then, wrap the second pattern;mushrooms.

After the lesson, we eat the sushi with the soup which we prepared.
And also we provide matcha tea and sweets.
Hi, my name is Kazuko. I have 1 daughter, 1 son and 2 grandsons. After my children became independent, I wanted to use home cooking to promote cross-cultural exchange, which I had always been interested in. I would like to introduce seasonal sushi rolls, dashi (Japanese soup).
After the meal, offer Japanese sweet and tea(Matcha).
I'm not good at English, but I'm prepared to have a fun time with you.
The nearest station is 4 stops from Shin-Yokohama Station that the Shinkansen stops, which takes 10 minutes. Or the nearest station is 9stops from Yokohama Station which takes about 20minutes.
If you wish, we will pick you up on foot from the nearest station, Center Minami Station. (10minutes on foot) Unfortunately we don't have a car; in front of the station you can enjoy shopping and very convenient enviroment.
