Sukiyaki.
Sukiyaki is a type of hot pot made with Wagyu beef and lots of vegetables boiled in a sweet soy sauce broth. Japanese people usually eat it on special days like when their family comes together or on payday. Wagyu is quite expensive so its not an everyday food for us but the texture and flavour is so soft and delicious that its definitely worth trying.
Lets enjoy sukiyaki together on your special trip to Japan!
