In this cooking class, we can cook Japanese handmade udon, Tempura and dashi together!
Dashi is the basic soup stock of Japanese cuisine.
Udon is made by kneading wheat flour with salt and water.
Kneading the dough and stamping it with your feet. It is very fun.
And seasonal tempura. I also teach you how to make Japanese dashi.
Finally, we eat it together.
