We will also make two types of rice balls made with salted cherry blossoms.

Roast raw sesame seeds. The aroma of roasted sesame seeds is irresistible (lol) When I make roasted sesame seeds at home, my daughter smells the aroma and comes over to grind them together in a mortar.

When you take a bite with a big spoon, it will bring a smile to your face (lol).

If you pour it over rice or boiled vegetables, it becomes a very nutritious dish. Some people may not know how to roast raw sesame seeds at home and how far they should be roasted. During the lesson, we will give you an idea of how well the rice should be roasted.



Use roasted sesame seeds to make celery and spinach with sesame miso dressing.

Make lotus root into balls and serve with seasonal vegetables in kelp soup stock. At Macrobiotics, lotus roots are very popular in winter. It's useful for allowances and cooking. Although we do not use animal ingredients, we will create a delicious spring hotpot that showcases the charm of plant-based ingredients that are unique to Japanese ingredients.




Make fluffy and chewy shiratama dango. Many delicious citrus fruits are available in March. Shiratama dumplings and seasonal citrus fruit topped with maple soy sauce syrup. Of course I use Sakae soy sauce♪
