Cooking Class Information

In this class, you can learn Japanese mochi culture. At first, I have a short presentation about Mochi.
Then you make 3color dango and Fruit Daifuku.
You can watch how to make Warabi mochi and Mochi ice cream.
After making mochi sweets, you have photo time of your works and tasting time with Japanese pot tea. .

Dango and Daifuku are casual and familiar mochi sweets. Fruit Daifuku is a kind of new style Japanese sweets, and very popular nowadays. So, you can buy Fruit Daifuku at many places in Japan.
We make these sweets from ingredients which you can get in your country easily.
