We will make Miso soup with Dashi powder that you will be able to repeat at home easily.

Katsu -Curry Rice
(Japanese style curry with pork cutlet)
We will be making curry from scratch with the curry roux you can purchase at a supermarket. You could choose from “hot” or “ med hot”. Also you will be able to choose the cutlet from pork or chicken breast or chicken thigh (let me know via chat). We will deep fry the cutlet crispy.
Miso soup
Ingredients include Dashi powder, miso, tofu, dried seaweed, green onion. Dashi power is generally used for home cooking and easily can be purchased at a supermarket so you will be able to cook at home sustainably.

I am running a takeout and delivery food shop “ Shirley’s Kitchen” near by Heian shrine.
Now, I have newly started a Japanese cooking studio “ Shirley’s Japanese Cooking” at the 2F of the shop.
