Tempura is a typical home-style cooking in Japan. It is often referred to as a representative dish to Japan. Udon

Udon (うどん) is a type of thick wheat flour noodle. It is similar to Italian pasta, but much thicker. It has been eaten all over Japan as an easy-to-eat popular meal, and a substitute meal for rice dishes. Udon is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as "kake udon", in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, which is made of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. The flavor of broth and topping vary from region to region.

Gyoza is one of the most popular Japanese dishes.
It’s different from Chinese style dumplings, because they are pan-fried, instead of steamed.

We will start by first preparing the gyoza wrappers from dough.
Then, cut the vegetables and meat and wrap those ingredients with the gyoza wrappers.

Finally we fry them with a big pan!
You can learn how to wrap ingredients with the wrappers and form the gyoza properly.

Gyoza wrappers are crispy while the vegetables and meat inside the Gyoza are juicy.
