Hello! I am Chika, I was born and raised in one of the most respected buddhist temples in the heart of Kanazawa city. Also I have lived in Europe and the Middle East more than 15 years. Currently I live in Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa where you can enjoy the most traditional Japanese living and excellent local food all year around. I cook vegetalian kosher, Halal friendly and vegan dishes only with seasonal growing, local fresh vegetables and grains. Also I cook non vegetalian dishes as well. You can also enjoy beautiful Wajima racker ware!
