    Ramen

    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

Cooking Class Information

You will learn how to make cha-shu (BBQ pork) as well as seasoned boiled eggs to enjoy authentic ramen at home.

You can choose from the following soup flavours:
Shoyu (soy sauce)
Miso
Shoyu tonkotsu (soy sauce & pork bone)

We will get appropriate noodles based on which soup you choose, so you will enjoy ramen you make!

For those who cannot get noodles and soup mix, we can also teach how to make ramen using pasta and seasonings.

Please note we will not be able to accommodate any allergies, vegan and halal/kosher needs.
