I give the menu list to the travellers (on request), and tell them to choose the dishes they want to learn & cook. They can select upto 5 dishes.
This is a private cooking class. Travellers can learn to cook by handsaon cooking type. They can also take video recordings or write notes.
The class will be for 3.5 hrs and it ends with lunch or dinner at my home, which includes pre cooked food also.
