In my cooking class, I start to teach to make dal, which is basic necessity to make sambar, rasam, kootu. Then we cut vegies, and teach them South Indian and North Indian items.
I teach them to make dosa and how to flip them. They also will learn to make softest idlis with chutney. Finally they will enjoy pre cooked Sweets and finish eating their meals they had cooked.
