・Onigiri
We will make two types of onigiri and tamagoyaki. We will prepare several toppings for the onigiri, so please choose from them. The tamagoyaki is a Japanese rolled omelet with dashi stock. Let's eat the meal on the veranda ♪

・Handmade udon
We will make udon noodles from wheat flour. Handmade udon has a chewy texture and is very delicious! We will prepare several toppings such as fried tofu, green onions, and wakame seaweed, so please choose according to your preference. Once you make it, you can easily make it at home!

  • Udon

    Udon

    Udon (うどん) is a type of thick wheat flour noodle. It is similar to Italian pasta, but much thicker. It has been eaten all over Japan as an easy-to-eat popular meal, and a substitute meal for rice dishes. Udon is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as "kake udon", in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, which is made of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. The flavor of broth and topping vary from region to region.

    Onigiri is a Japanese comfort food made from steamed rice formed into the typical triangular, ball, or cylinder shapes and usually wrapped with nori(dried seaweed). Stuffed with a a variety of fillings and flavors, these rice balls make an ideal quick snack and are a fun alternative to sandwitches for lunch.

We can start by cooking the rice according to your preference. Next, make the tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette). Make one serving of tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette) using an omelette pan. It may be a little difficult to roll it up.

・Handmade udon
Mix flour and water, knead and make udon. Boil and the udon is easily completed. Fried tofu can be cooked in the microwave, and the broth is easy to make by adding seasonings! If you have any requests for toppings, please let us know.
