Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.
In this class, you cook roll sushi.
You cook rice.
After cooking rice, you put some vinegar in rice.
You cool rice with vinegar.
You prepare some ingredients.
You cook or cut or boil them.
Finally you put rice with vinegar on seaweed and put some ingredients
(for example salmon)on rice and roll.
