- Gado-Gado Salad with Peanut Sauce:
blanched veggies with fresh made peanut sauce.
- Sweet and Sour Tempeh: Crispy Tempeh with caramelized palm sugar and lime juice.
- Bumbu Bali Paste: Basic Spice Paste that use in almost all Balinese Food.
- Balinese Curry: Vegan version of curry using spice paste you created.
- Satay Lilit: Traditional kebab that Balinese love, using coconut and spices paste along with vegan protein.
- Corn Fritters: Deep fried crispy corn fritters.
- Sweets Dishes To End The Day: Pisang Goreng” (Our Banana fritters with coconut and melted palm sugar) or “Bubur Injin” Black rice pudding (*it’ll be depending what’s available during the day).
