We will prepare:
- Orecchiette al sugo
- Meatballs with sauce
- Tiraminù
You will be part of our family for a day.
We will use only seasonal products and while tasting a good glass of wine we will start cooking school.
We will treat ingredients with special flavors that have been passed down for years in my family.
We will have lunch or dinner together depending on the experience chosen.
We will devote moments to the stories and sayings of my city.
In the cooking class, we will knead and make Orecchiette and Beef and Pork Meatballs together!
Orecchiette are one of the most popular dishes of my Salento region. They are made with Senatore Cappelli semolina flour and seasoned with sauce, turnips and much more.re.
We will then start making the dough for the Beef and Pork Meatballs.
Next, we will chop the vegetables and prepare the sudo where we will cook the meatballs.
After this is finished, we will eat together what we have prepared.
