Miho
Hi!
I am very excited about teaching Japanese cooking classes to foreign tourists coming to Japan.
Recently I have posted Japanese cooking lessons on the site because I came back to Japan from Switzerland in 2023.
Since graduating from a Sushi school, Tokyo in 2013, I gave Japanese cooking lessons at a cultural center in Switzerland for 10 years.
Since there are not many Japanese ingredients available overseas, I had to be creative in many ways to make them. I was very happy every time and people were pleased.
Naturally, it is easy to make Japanese food in Japan because of the availability of fresh fish, various tofu and other ingredients.
I have also attended Thai cooking classes in Bangkok, and when I am exposed to different cuisines on my travels, I immediately want to try making them.
There is nothing more fun than talking to people, going to markets, and shopping while traveling. I believe that experiencing different sensations, different tastes, different landscapes, etc. on a trip will make your life richer and deeper.
Even in everyday life, visiting a different street or town and stopping at a newly discovered café gives me an exciting feeling similar to traveling.
I hope my cooking classes will be a breath of fresh air for you and that you will enjoy cooking Japanese food even more once you return to your own country.
