Gyoza is a dumpling made by wrapping minced pork, cabbage, garlic and ginger,etc.in a skin made of thin flour.

Onigiri is a Japanese rice ball, usually shaped like a triangle or circle.
It often has fillings like salmon, pickled plum ,or tuna ,and is sometimes wrapped in seaweed.

Miso soup
Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste.
