The program will run as follows:
Once everyone gathers, we’ll begin with introductions, and the cooking instructions and dish preparation will be conducted in English. As we cook together, we’ll enjoy a cultural exchange, preparing and sharing the dishes as a group. Not only will we explore Japanese culture, but we’ll also set aside time for participants to share aspects of their own cultures with the local kids.
Udon noodles are usually made with wheat flour, but in this experience, we’ll create them with rice flour, so you can enjoy delicious gluten-free noodles.
