1) Dal-bhat set: It is the major meal Nepalese eat almost everyday. It consists of different vegetables, meat, pickle, soup like lentils, papadom, salad, etc. followed by Nepali deserts.
2) Momo set : It is one of the most favorite snack for both Nepalese and foreigners. We prepare both veg. or non- veg Momo's.
3) Dhindo : It is an old traditional food passing by generations. It is something dough like food , made up of either millet or maize or barley,etc. It is eaten with soup, meat or veg gravy, etc. Eating Dhindo in a hotel of Nepal has become like a food fashion here.
4) Thukpa: It's a Tibetan based food. Home made noodles are cooked with soup .

I'm Narbu, an ex teacher of private boarding schools for 20 years. I've established a registered NGO(Non Government Organization) named DEMO CHILDREN HOME . DCH is helping the poor and destitute children who are attending government schools in the remote villages.
Me and my wife Ramana established a registered an authentic cooking class of Nepali dishes in Pokhara (Nepal).
Since 18 months we are serving the foreign guests visiting Nepal. Some percent of the income spend to buy stationeries, school dress, snacks,toys,etc for those students (mentioned above) in the villages.
During the cooking class we share our culture, tradition, language, history and many more.
